Game support
Steam lists aac-cs@xlgames.com as the publisher support address. The game site is archeagechronicles.xlgames.com. This wiki cannot reset an account or move a character between servers.
This is an unofficial fan wiki — for support with the game itself (account issues, payment problems, bug reports), please use XLGAMES's official channels: their official site, Facebook page, or X account. We can't access or resolve account or billing issues from this site.
